These are the slippers that my hostess bought me.
Like many European households, the private flat where we stayed had a no-shoes, put-on-slippers at the entrance. My wonderful hostess provided both Rick and I with slippers. He had golfers on his. Mine by coincidence perfectly matched my Geneva room.
I knew I was in sync with that woman.
